Hara bhara kebab: This yummy vegetarian kebab is made with spinach,green pea including potato and paneer. Made into patties and shallow fried. Serve Hara bhara kebab is mint or coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.it is great evening snacks. Ingredients- 1-Spinach leaves finely chopped - 1bunch 2-Medium potato boiled and grated - 3,4 3-Green pea boiled and mashed -1/3 cup 4-Fresh coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp 5-Ginger finely chopped - 1 inch 6-Chaat masala -2 tspn 7-Garam masala -1tspn 8-Cornflour - 2tbsp 9-Green chilli - 2 10-Salt as required 11-Oil 12- bread crumbs - 2tbsp Method- Heat oil in a pan. mix all ingredients and salt in a bowl. Grease your palm with some oil divided vegetable mixture into equal portions and shape into tikki put the tikki in hot oil and fried till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with ketchup and chutney. . . Comment below if you like it . .
