Can you eat a spoon? YES! @trishulaindia makes this quirky, cute and sustainable dream come true. (Don't question me if I've got weird dreams lol) But truly, how amazing it is! Imagine having all the food and then having the spoon too. Quite a good approach to zero (to less) waste mechanism! As I unbox, I can see the packaging clearly stood out. It transports me back to school. Trishula’s branding is clean and meaningful, with a clear message about sustainability and reducing plastic waste. The edible spoons were securely packed, with each flavour individually sealed to retain freshness. We're going to talk about the Chilly Garlic flavoured edible spoon and the chocolate flavoured one. I have a thing for pork fried rice (needless to say) hence thought of pairing it with the Chilly Garlic spoon. The garlicky kick right after the rice was perfectly balanced by a subtle heat from the dish. It reminded me of those crunchy breadsticks you'd get at fancy restaurants, but with a flavour bomb and that too in the form of a spoon. I saved the Choco Delight for dessert hence paired it with a death by chocolate jar cake. The spoon had a delightful cocoa aroma and a biscuit-like crunch after I have made the cake consummate my soul completely. Extremely glad the texture was just right, the mild sweetness was perfect, not overpowering, just enough to complement the dessert.
