Japanese users are posting videos mocking India, showing people making cashew liquor by stomping on it with their feet, with captions in Japanese calling it “Indian foot-powered juice.” Yes, it’s true that hygiene is still a problem in some parts of India, and there’s a lot we need to improve as a country. But then look at videos from FanimeCon in California, where some Japanese men were paying money to drink water that had been collected from women’s feet. Reports even claimed that some people later developed lung infections after participating. The point is, every country has its own problems. But when it comes to criticism, India is often singled out while people ignore similar issues in their own countries. Do you know why? Because many Indians themselves constantly glorify countries like Japan and China while hiding or ignoring their flaws. They create a false image of perfection. Take the “white socks challenge,” for example. It has already been exposed as misleading. No country is so spotless that you can walk around all day in white socks without them getting dirty. Yet many Indian creators go there, make these staged or misleading videos, and promote the idea that those countries are flawless. Then the same creators come back to India and only show the worst parts of our own country, because negativity gets more views. #japan #japanese #hygiene #india #ardroxz
