We are reaching a point where some people are not just discussing violent crimes—they are openly celebrating them. A woman identified as Apurba Barick allegedly posted a video saying she feels happy whenever she hears about m*rd*r cases like the killing of Ketan Agarwal, in which Siya Goyal has been accused. She also allegedly said, “I can commit 5–6 m*rd*rs so that men live in fear.” If those statements were indeed made, they are deeply disturbing. Whether they were intended as a joke or for attention, such remarks should never be normalized. Now ask yourself this: if a man had uploaded a video saying, “I can gr*pe or m*rd*r 5–6 women so they live in fear,” there would be immediate public outrage. People would demand police action, social media platforms would take notice, and almost everyone would condemn those remarks. The same standard should apply regardless of the speaker’s gender. Violence should never be excused or justified because of who says it. The death of Ketan Agarwal is a tragic case, and no one should be celebrating it or using it to spread hatred against an entire gender. Many innocent people have lost their lives to violent crimes. The answer is not to celebrate m*rd*r or turn every crime into a gender war. The answer is to condemn violence consistently and hold everyone to the same standard. Supporting or glorifying m*rd*r only encourages more hatred and division. Freedom of expression does not include glorifying violence or threatening to kill people. If someone publicly expresses a desire to commit multiple m*rd*rs or celebrates such crimes, those statements deserve serious attention and, where appropriate, should be examined by the relevant authorities under the law. No one should be above accountability simply because of their gender. Crime has no gender. A victim is a victim, and a criminal is a criminal. Whether the accused is Siya Goyal or anyone else, and whether the person glorifying the crime is a man or a woman, the standard should remain the same. If we truly want a safer society, we must reject every form of violence and condemn anyone who promotes or glorifies it. #feminism #feminist #equality #pseudofeminis
