What do you eat when you’re sick? 👇 Ingredients: Veggies of your choice Tofu 100 Grams Fresh Coriander Oil 1 tbsp Garlic 2 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Green chilli 2 nos. Black pepper powder Light soy sauce ¼ tsp Salt To Taste Lemon Juice Of 1 Lemon Spring onions Method In a pan add oil, garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander stems, spring onions, stir well & cook over high flame for a few seconds. Next, add vegetable stock, stir well & bring it to a boil. Then add the chopped veggies, black pepper powder, light soy sauce, salt & paneer, stir well & cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped fresh coriander, lemon juice. Enjoy!
