(For the herbed butter) ½ tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste Butter Handful of coriander 1 tsp garlic Mix the above with slightly softened butter. Other ingredients- Bread of choice Chopped onion Chopped capsicum Grated cheese Top some bread with the herbed butter, cheese, grilled paneer, onion, capsicum. Heat in the pan till the cheese melts.
