
What’s In my Tiffin Episode 4 - Quinoa Upma Trying to be a healthy girlie but still need my tiffin to taste like actual FOOD!! Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa 1 tbsp ghee ½ tsp mustard seeds A few curry leaves 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 1 green chilli chopped 1 small onion 1 tomato (chopped) ½ cup mixed veggies (carrot, cauliflower, peas) Salt to taste ½ tsp garam masala Lemon juice Coriander for garnish Method: Heat oil → add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli. Add mixed veggies + salt + turmeric → cook 3–4 mins. Add cooked quinoa → mix well. Add garam masala flavour boost. Finish with lemon juice + coriander.
