
Winter Comfort Food Series Episode 6 - Dry fruit Coconut Ladoo Healthy Winter Dry Fruit Coconut Ladoo Recipe | Dates, Nuts & Coconut Energy Bites ❄️ Ingredients: 1 cup desiccated coconut ½ cup dates ¼ cup almonds ¼ cup cashews 2 tbsp pistachios 1 tbsp Walnuts 1 tbsp watermelon seeds 3 tbsp ghee ½ tsp cardamom powder Method: Add 1 tbsp ghee to a pan and roast the desiccated coconut for 1 minute. Add 1.5 tbsp ghee to the same pan and roast the dry fruits till fragrant. Add 1/2 tbsp ghee to the same pan and melt the blended dates. Mix the desiccated coconut, dry fruits, cardamom powder and date paste and course grind in a blender. Grease palms lightly with ghee. Shape into small ladoos.
