Ingredients: 3 tsp ghee 3 cup makhana 2 tbsp water 1.5 cup jaggery tbsp sesame seeds Method: Roast makhanas with ghee in a pan for 3–4 minutes until crisp. Dry roast sesame seeds. In the same pan, add ghee and jaggery. Add water and let the jaggery melt on low heat until it becomes a smooth syrup. Add the roasted makhanas and sesame seeds toss well so each one gets coated evenly. Spread them on a plate and allow to cool for 8–10 minutes so they turn crunchy.
