
EPISODE 4 - Lazy Girl Dinners Jeera Aloo Ingredients: 3 medium potatoes (par boiled for 8 min & cubed) Oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1–2 green chillies ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger paste Salt to taste 1 tsp lemon juice Fresh coriander (for garnish) Instructions: Par boil peeled and cubed potatoes for 8 min. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, let it crackle. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, green chillies and ginger paste Add boiled potato cubes and toss well. Cook on medium flame till potatoes turn golden and crispy. Sprinkle salt and garam masala. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and toss once more. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha.
