Lemongrass Coconut Chicken Pot, Easy & Cozy Winter Dinner Recipe 🍛 This cozy dinner recipe has been on repeat lately 🍛 It’s warm, comforting, and comes together so easily thanks to @boombayway Lime Leaf + Lemongrass Stir Fry Sauce. It adds that perfect depth of flavour without needing a long ingredient list. Recipe : * Cut 500 g of boneless chicken (thighs or breast) into bite-size pieces. * Season lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper. * Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil. Add 2–3 cloves of garlic, finely minced, and sauté until fragrant. Add about 1 inch of ginger, grated or finely chopped. * Pour in 3 tablespoons of the @boombayway Lime Leaf + Lemongrass stir fry sauce. * Stir and fry gently for 1 minute * Add 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
