Chocolate Kunafa Waffle at Home 🍫🧇 Recipe : 🍫 In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, and 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Whisk everything together so the dry ingredients are well combined. 🍫 Next, pour in ¼ cup curd, 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil), ¾ cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix gently until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. 🍫 Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it. Pour the batter, spread it evenly, close the lid, and cook until the waffle is fully cooked and crisp on both sides. 🍫 To make it Dubai chocolate kunafa style, top the warm waffle with melted chocolate, crushed kunafa pastry (or roasted vermicelli), tossed in butter and pistachio butter, scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and crushed pistachios.
