Home Cafe Ep 10 | Hibiscus Cloud 🌺 Light, floral, and just too pretty to sip 🩷🌺 🌺 Recipe : 1. Take 1 tsp of dried hibiscus flowers, crush them into a fine powder, and sieve to remove any coarse bits. 2. In a mixing glass, add 60 ml of half and half (or whipping cream), the hibiscus powder, and 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup. 3. Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture until it becomes smooth, light, and slightly fluffy, this will form your hibiscus cream layer. 4. Now, fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour in 1 cup of coconut water as the base. 5. Slowly and steadily pour 30 ml of brewed hibiscus tea over the coconut water to create a layered effect. 6. Gently spoon or pour the hibiscus cream on top to form a soft, cloudy layer.
