Cheesy Seekh Kebab Samosas because life is too short for boring snacks 🥳 Inspired by Slurrp Great Indian Cookout Season 4 - It’s Crispy outside… molten cheesy inside… and yes, I burnt my tongue but no regrets. 😅 Recipe : * Take 3–4 seekh kebabs, cut each into 4–6 pieces and chop them into small bits. Heat a pan and add butter + a little oil, then add 4–5 cloves of chopped garlic. Once fragrant, add the chopped seekh kebabs and season with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, and paprika. Mix well and cook for 4–5 minutes so the spices coat the kebab properly. * Next, break in 2 cheese slices, let them melt, then pour a splash of milk to loosen the mixture. Add mozzarella cheese, mix again until everything turns creamy and well combined — the filling is ready. * Take samosa patti, add the filling, fold into samosa shape, and seal. Deep fry or air fry until golden and crispy.
