Sauté on medium heat until soft and lightly golden. * Add ¼ cup fresh or frozen peas, then season with salt to taste, black pepper, and chilli powder. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes until the peas soften. * Add 1 cup fresh spinach and cook for just 2–3 minutes, only until the spinach wilts and blends into the mixture. Do not overcook. Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender. * Add cheese or paneer (as preferred) and blend into a smooth, creamy paste. * In the same pan, add butter and let it melt. Add the blended paste and mix well. Add boiled pasta to the sauce, adjust seasoning if needed, and sprinkle chilli flakes.
