DRUNKEN CARAMEL SUNDAE 🍎🍨 A little booze, a lot of caramel, and zero regrets 😌🍨 🍎🍨Recipe: 1. Heat 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar in Stainless Steel pan on medium heat - watching closely and tossing the pan every couple minutes until it begins to melt, then stir until fully dissolved and browning. (Around 10mins) 2. Remove from heat and whisk in 3-4 Tbsp of Salted Butter until combined, then add in 1 diced apple and 1 Diced pear (you can also use just apple), 1/2 cup of red wine, and a cinnamon stick. 3. Stir over medium-low heat until the sauce has become fully incorporated. You can let the fruits cook and reduce for as long as desired. 4.
