
🥚 INGREDIENTS FOR THE CREAMY MUSHROOM EGG ROLLS (for 2 rolls): • 2 whole eggs • 100g Milky Mist Skyr • 100g low-fat paneer, blended into cream • 30ml Amul milk • 100g mushrooms, finely chopped • 1 tsp butter • 1 tsp chopped garlic • Salt, oregano, chili flakes, basil flakes • 2 whole wheat rotis 🧑🍳 How I made it: 1. Heated 1 tsp butter and sautéed garlic till fragrant. 2. Tossed in chopped mushrooms and let them cook till soft. 3. Added the blended low-fat paneer “cream, and 20ml milk. 4. Seasoned it up—salt, oregano, chili flakes, basil. 5. Let it turn gooey, creamy, and thick. 6. Scrambled in 2 eggs and mixed it all together. 7. Stuffed the mix into 2 warm whole wheat rotis with a base of skyr. Rolled it up. Done! ⚡ 60g of protein in a comforting, creamy roll. No heavy cream. No excess fat.
