
🌿 Sabudana Fries Recipe🍟😋with दादी 👵🏻|| Easy & Tasty Recipe || Namaste 🙏🏽 ❤️ . . . . Ingredients: • 1 cup soaked or finely crushed sabudana (soaked 4–5 hours or overnight) • 2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed) • ¼ cup peanuts (roasted & coarsely crushed) • Sendha namak (as per taste) • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) • 1 tsp jeera • ½ tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp grated ginger • ½ tsp amchoor (dry mango powder) • Few curry leaves (finely chopped) • Oil (for frying) ⸻ Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, add soaked/crushed sabudana and mashed boiled potatoes. 2. Mix in crushed peanuts, green chilli, jeera, coriander powder, ginger, amchoor, curry leaves, and sendha namak. 3. Combine everything well and make a soft dough. 4. Grease your hands and shape the mixture into long fry-like sticks. 5. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, fry the sabudana fries on medium flame until crisp and golden brown. 6. Remove on tissue paper to drain excess oil. 7. Serve hot with vrat-friendly green chutney or curd dip.
