Burnt Garlic Chilli Maggi 🍜🔥 Ingredients (1 serving): • 1 pack Maggi noodles • 6–7 garlic cloves (finely chopped) • 1 small onion (chopped) • 1 green chilli (chopped) – optional if you like it extra spicy • ½ tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp oil (or butter for richer taste) • Salt to taste • 1½ cups water ⸻ Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. 2. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown and slightly burnt for that smoky flavor. 3. Add chopped onions and cook till translucent. 4. Add salt, red chilli powder, and chilli flakes. Stir well. 5. Pour in water and bring it to a boil. 6. Add the Maggi noodles (without the tastemaker first). Let it soften slightly. 7. Add the Maggi tastemaker masala and mix well. 8. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring in between, until the water reduces and noodles are cooked. 9. Garnish with extra chilli flakes or spring onions if you like. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy burnt garlic kick! 🔥🍴
