
Coconut Laddu 🥥😋 (HAPPY JANMASHTAMI) 🦚❤️|| Easy & Tasty Recipe || Radhe-Radhe 🙏🏽 . . 🥥 Coconut Laddu Recipe Ingredients: • Fresh coconut – 1 large (or as needed) • Ghee – 2–3 tbsp • Sugar – as per taste (around ½ to 1 cup) • Malai (fresh cream) – 2–3 tbsp • Milk – ½ cup (adjust as needed) • Saffron strands (kesar) – for garnish • Dry fruits – chopped, for decoration Method: 1. Prepare the coconut: • Break open the coconut and remove it from the shell. • Peel off the brown skin. • Cut the white coconut flesh into small pieces. 2. Grind: • Put the coconut pieces in a grinder and blend until it forms a smooth, fine powder-like texture. 3. Cook: • Heat 2–3 tbsp ghee in a pan on low flame. • Add the ground coconut and stir, letting its natural moisture evaporate. 4. Sweeten: • Add sugar and mix well until it melts and blends with the coconut. 5. Make it rich: • Add malai and milk. • Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes dry enough to hold shape. 6. Shape the laddus: • Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool slightly. • Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape small laddus. 7. Decorate: • Garnish with saffron strands or chopped dry fruits. 8. Serve & enjoy! • These laddus can be stored in an airtight container for 3–4 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge.
