
VEG CUTLET😋👌🏽 (Independence Day Special) 🇮🇳👵🏻|| Easy & Tasty Recipe || Namaste 🙏🏽❤️ . . 🥦 Veg Cutlet Recipe Ingredients • Half-boiled potatoes – grated (about 3–4 medium) • 1 medium onion – chopped • 1 small capsicum – chopped • 1 medium carrot – grated • A handful of beans – chopped • ½ cup pumpkin – grated • ½ cup paneer – mashed • Salt – to taste • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp • Chaat masala – 1 tsp • Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup • Oil – 1 tbsp (for mixing) + extra for frying • Bread crumbs – for coating ⸻ Method 1. In a large mixing bowl, add the grated half-boiled potatoes. 2. Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, grated carrot, chopped beans, grated pumpkin, and mashed paneer. 3. Season with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and chaat masala. 4. Mix well, then add besan and 1 tbsp oil. 5. Combine everything to form a soft dough-like mixture. 6. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cutlets (round or oval). 7. Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs to coat evenly. 8. Heat oil in a pan for deep or shallow frying. 9. Fry the cutlets on medium flame until golden brown and crisp on both sides. 10. Remove onto a paper towel, serve hot, and enjoy with ketchup or green chutney.
