Crispy Veg Fritters Ingredients: • ½ cup chopped capsicum • ½ cup chopped onion • ¼ cup diced cheese • 4 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour) • ½ tsp oregano • ½ tsp chilli flakes • Salt to taste • ¼–½ cup milk (as needed for batter) • 1–2 tbsp oil (for shallow frying) ⸻ Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped capsicum, onion, diced cheese, maida, oregano, chilli flakes, and salt. 2. Gradually pour in milk and mix to form a smooth, thick batter (not too runny). 3. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a little oil. 4. With the help of a spoon, drop small portions of the batter onto the pan, shaping them into mini circles. 5. Cook on medium flame until one side turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side the same way. 6. Once crisp and evenly cooked, take them out on a plate.
