
तड़का CHANA CHAAT😋👌🏽 with दादी 👵🏻🥰 || Easy & Tasty Recipe || Namaste 🙏🏽❤️ . . 🌶️ Tadka Chana Chaat Recipe A spicy, crunchy, tangy treat loaded with flavours! ⸻ Ingredients For the Chana Base: • 1 cup boiled black chana (or white chana) • ½ cup besan sev • 1 onion, finely chopped • 1 tomato, finely chopped • 1–2 green chillies, finely chopped • Salt to taste • ½ tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp coriander powder • ½ tsp amchoor powder • ½ tsp chaat masala ⸻ For the Tadka: • 1.5 tbsp oil • ½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds) • ½ tsp rai (mustard seeds) • 8–10 curry leaves • 1 tbsp peanuts ⸻ For the Chutney: • 1 tbsp amchoor powder • 1 tbsp powdered sugar • A pinch of hing (asafoetida) • ½ tsp jeera powder • Salt to taste • ½ tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp black salt • Water as needed (around ¼ cup, adjust consistency) ⸻ Instructions 1. Prepare the Chana Mix In a large mixing bowl, add: • Boiled chana • Chopped onion, tomato, and green chilli • Besan sev • Salt, red chilli, coriander powder, amchoor, and chaat masala Mix well and set aside. 2. Make the Tadka • Heat oil in a tadka pan. • Add jeera, rai, and let them splutter. • Add curry leaves and peanuts. • Let the peanuts roast till golden and aromatic. • Pour this hot tadka over the chana mix and give it a gentle toss. 3. Prepare the Chutney • In a small bowl, add amchoor powder, powdered sugar, hing, jeera powder, salt, red chilli, and black salt. • Add water gradually to make a smooth, flowy chutney. Mix until sugar dissolves. 4.
