Tasty UTTAPAM Recipe 😋👌🏽with दादी 👵🏻 || Easy & Tasty Recipe || Namaste 🙏🏽❤️ . Instant Uttapam Recipe (Using Dosa/Idli Batter) Ingredients: • Dosa or Idli batter – 1 cup • Salt – to taste • Water – as needed (to slightly loosen the batter) • Oil – for cooking • Chopped onions – 2-3 tbsp • Chopped tomatoes – 2-3 tbsp • Chopped green chillies – as per taste • Fresh coriander – finely chopped ⸻ Instructions: 1. Prepare the batter: • Take dosa or idli batter in a bowl. • Add a pinch of salt and a little water to adjust the consistency. • Mix well to get a smooth, pourable batter (not too runny). 2. Prepare the pan: • Heat a tawa or non-stick pan. • Drizzle a few drops of oil on it. • Sprinkle water on the hot pan — it should sizzle. • Immediately wipe it clean using a tissue or clean cloth. This helps control the heat and makes the pan non-stick. 3. Cook the uttapam: • Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and gently spread it to make a thick round. • Quickly top it with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander. • Drizzle some oil around the edges and on top. 4. Flip and cook: • Once the bottom is golden and crisp, flip the uttapam gently. • Cook the other side for another minute or so until veggies are slightly roasted and it’s cooked through. 5.
