Prepare the Base: • Crush the digestive biscuits 🍪 into a fine powder. • Mix in the melted butter 🧈 until well combined. • Press the mixture into a mould or bowl and smooth it out with a spoon 🥄 to form the first layer. 2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: • Blend paneer 🧀, hung curd 🥣, and honey 🍯 into a smooth mix. • Spread this over the biscuit base to create the second creamy layer. 3. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: • Combine melted chocolate 🍫 with fresh cream 🥛 until silky. • Pour over the cheesecake layer as the final layer. 4.
