
Aloo Poha Cutlets 😋😍with दादी 👵🏻 || Easy & Tasty Recipe || Namaste 🙏🏽❤️ . . Ingredients: • 1 cup poha (flattened rice), washed & soaked for 5 minutes, then drained • 2 medium boiled potatoes, mashed • ½ cup boiled vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, capsicum – as per choice) • 1 tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp peri peri masala (optional, for extra spice) • Salt to taste • 2 tbsp corn flour • ¼ cup water (for slurry) • Bread crumbs (for coating) • Oil (for shallow/deep frying) ⸻ Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, add soaked poha, mashed potatoes, and boiled veggies. 2. Mix in salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, and peri peri masala. Combine well into a dough-like mixture. 3. In a small bowl, make a slurry by mixing corn flour, red chilli powder, and water. Keep it slightly thick. 4. Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into cutlets/tikkis. 5. Dip each cutlet in the slurry, then coat with bread crumbs evenly. 6. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 7. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
