No agenda, just presence. ✅The reunion moment - When you come home from work, get on their level immediately. Hug, hold, let them feel you’re fully there - even if just for 2 minutes. ✅The goodbye ritual - Create a consistent goodbye routine (same hug, same phrase, same wave). It tells their nervous system: “Mom always comes back.” Small moments. Done consistently. That’s what rebuilds attachment.
