Climbing the Eiffel Tower is not worth it and here is why: 1. It is extremely crowded: the space is packed with people, and it feels overwhelming from the moment you start queuing. There is very little room to move or breathe, and it takes away from the experience. 2. The queues before the climb can be very long during peak season. 3. It can be really overstimulating, especially if you have ADHD/ Autism: the noise, the number of people, the waiting, and the constant movement can feel like too much all at once. 4. The climb is a lot harder than it looks: there are so many steps, and it is genuinely exhausting 5. There are lifts but are expensive for what you get: the lift tickets alone can cost around €30–40 per person, and that is before any extra fees. For the experience, it is not worth the money. 6. Finally, the view is not as special as you expect: honestly, the tower is more beautiful to look at from the outside than it is to look out from the top. I love the Eiffel Tower,especially when it starts twinkling at night. ✨ But it is way better to do a walk or a cruise around it and enjoy the view from below than to actually climb it.
