The lymphatic system depends on external stimulation.Without movement, fluid can accumulate in the face, leading to puffiness and a heavy appearance. Key regions involved: • Around the ears (pre- and post-auricular points) • Jawline (mandibular region) • Inner cheek (buccal region, if practiced) These areas also correspond to high nerve density and common tension patterns, especially in the jaw.
