
Unlock Your Hips !! • 1: Shin Box With Back Leg Lift Start seated in a shin box position. Ground your front shin, keep your chest lifted, and smoothly raise your back leg up and back, activating your hip extensors. This movement opens deep external and internal hip rotators, improving hip mobility and control. • 2: Side Lunges Shift to a wide stance and bend into one knee, gliding your hips side to side. Feel the stretch along your inner thighs and hips, inviting space into those tight areas. Keep your spine long as you dip from one side to the other, maintaining strong, open hips. .3: Table Top With One Leg Stretch & Sideways Movement Come onto all fours (table top). From here, extend one leg straight back, then slowly sweep it out to the side, keeping your core stable.
