Wrapped up an inspiring few days with our Young Problem Solvers program at Life at Ikigai! This wasn't a workshop about writing business plans or chasing billion-dollar ideas. It was about learning to look at the world differently. Through the lens of entrepreneurship, our young participants explored how to identify meaningful problems, dig deeper to find the root cause, research before building, seek feedback, think critically, and refine their ideas through iteration. From debating real-life founder dilemmas and analysing startup stories to presenting their own solutions with confidence, the children demonstrated curiosity, empathy, resilience, and impressive originality. One of my favourite takeaways to leave them with was that innovation isn't always about creating something entirely new. Sometimes it's about noticing what others miss, improving what already exists, and having the courage to keep learning. Here's to raising a generation of observers, thinkers and problem-solvers. #YoungProblemSolvers @life_at_ikigai
