It was an honour to be invited as a panelist yesterday at the Suharth Shakti Forum 2026 at Ethames Business School. Sharing the stage with Joginder Tanikella, Geetha Bhaskcer Garu, Brigadier Inder Sethi, Vani Chugh, and being moderated by Hiteshi Dutta, made for a conversation that was both diverse and deeply relevant. What stayed with me through the discussion was that we don’t have a shortage of intent or even initiatives in the sustainable menstrual hygiene space. What we need now is depth alongside scale. Access cannot be episodic. Awareness cannot be one-time. And infrastructure cannot be installed without ownership. If we are serious about impact, we need stronger partnerships, between government, industry, schools, and organisations, that move us from fragmented efforts to connected systems. Glad that WICCI Holistic Child Development Council could be a community partner for this initiative. Looking forward to building more such collaborations that translate into real, on-ground change. Kudos to @theofficial_padwoman for this fantastic endeavour and hope to be able to contribute to building this ecosystem for more sustained, last mile impact because dignity cannot be limited to a pilot project. #SuharthShakti #MenstrualHealth #SustainableImpact #WICCI #Partnerships SocialImpact
