Some days I have felt powerful. Some days I have felt completely invisible. Some days I have stood on stages, spoken with conviction, led rooms full of people. Some days I have sat alone wondering if I am asking for too much from the world. I have been called strong. But sometimes, I feel I am just surviving. Behind every woman who seems confident, accomplished, composed, there are years of swallowing words, starting again, forgiving too much, rebuilding, BECOMING. This Women's Day, all I can think about is the courage it takes to keep BECOMING. To speak even when your voice falters. To walk away when staying would have been easier. To build something meaningful in a world that still doubts you. To every woman, I know what it takes. I see you. I hear you.
