Last Sunday, I was invited as a Guest of Honour at She Inspires – 7th Edition, an initiative by Be The Change Foundation, where 33 women were recognised for their work and resilience. Events like these remind you that behind every recognition is usually a long story of persistence that very few people see. Careers rebuilt after setbacks, responsibilities carried without applause, ideas pursued despite doubt. I had the privilege of felicitating a few of these women and listening to their powerful reflections and inspiring stories. What stood out was not just achievement, but the determination behind each journey. It was also wonderful meeting the inspiring fellow Guests of Honour and hearing about the different paths that brought each of them to the work they do. A special mention to @nirvanainspires , the young and dynamic force behind this initiative. It takes vision and courage to create platforms that recognise and celebrate others, and she is doing exactly that. Thank you to the organisers for bringing together such a meaningful evening.
