There are some places you visit often, and then there are places that quietly become your default. For me, @fairfielddehradun falls firmly into the second category. I have enjoyed their buffet lunch and dinner multiple times over the last year and even this year, and it has now become my go-to whenever I want a proper buffet experience in Dehradun. What truly sets this place apart is how personal it feels. Every visit begins with a warm welcome, and the chef already knows what I will ask for. The beetroot julienned stuffed chaat is my absolute favorite, and it is made fresh with such balance and care that I recommend it without hesitation. The dessert curations are another strong reason I keep coming back. They are thoughtfully planned, consistently good, and something I always vouch for. It is rare to find a buffet where desserts feel like a highlight rather than an afterthought, but this is one of those places. What makes this buffet exceptional in Dehradun is the overall experience. At many buffets, people focus only on the starters and then move on elsewhere. Here, the indulgence continues well into the main course. The dishes are interesting, well executed, and satisfying enough to make you slow down, sit longer, and actually enjoy conversations with friends while eating.
