My simple herbal pre-wash hair ritual 🌿 1. Rosemary Water I start by misting my hair and scalp with rosemary water. Rosemary is traditionally used to stimulate the scalp and support healthier hair growth by improving circulation to the follicles. It also lightly hydrates the hair before the next step. 2. Aloe Vera + Flaxseed Gel Hair Pack Then I apply a gel made with aloe vera and flaxseed, infused with a little rosemary and clove. Flaxseed gel coats the hair and helps retain moisture while giving a soft natural hold. Aloe vera soothes the scalp and adds hydration without weighing the hair down. The herbs support scalp health and make the pack more nourishing. 3. Wash + Heatless Styling After letting the pack sit for a while, I wash my hair and style it using heatless curls. Heatless styling helps create soft, bouncy waves while protecting the hair from heat damage, which is especially important for colored hair.
