
1.Salt water cleansing Once a week, I bathe with a pinch of salt in the water to cleanse heaviness and reset my energy. 2.Yoga Nidra A regular Yoga Nidra practice helps reset my nervous system and release stored tension. 3.Offering water to the Sun at sunrise I offer water to the Sun in the morning. Early sunlight supports circadian rhythm, hormone balance, and mental clarity. 4.Avoiding negative environments I limit time in spaces where conversations are constantly negative or draining. 5.Protecting ideas and plans I keep my plans private until they take form. New ideas need containment while they grow. 6.Clearing possessions regularly I discard unnecessary items from my home and wardrobe. Fewer possessions help keep energy contained. 7.Choosing natural fabrics I prefer cotton, linen, and natural fibers, as synthetic fabrics feel energetically draining to me. 8.Starting the day with intention I begin my mornings with tilak to center my awareness and energy. 9.Pranayama I practice pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhana, to balance and move energy through the body. 10.Ayurvedic therapies I also receive Ayurvedic therapies to stimulate fascia and release stored tension and support detox regularly
