
Malai Kofta Kebab Masala (No Cream No Butter No Mayo Version) Ingredients for Kofta Kebab: Chicken keema (minced chicken) – 500g Ginger-garlic paste 2 Tsp Chopped green chilli 4-5 Onion – 2 small (grated & squeezed) Coriander + Mint – 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Roasted gram flour (besan) – 1 tbsp Garam masala –1 tsp Salt – to taste Lemon juice – 1 tsp 1 tbsp thick curd (for extra moisture, not cream) Cranberries for Stuffing Oil 2-3 Tbsp Masala (White Gravy) Without Cream: Saute and then Grind into paste Onion – 2 mediums Cashews Almond – 8-10 Soaked Char magaz 2 Tsp Soaked Mint Coriander Handful Ginger 1 Tsp Garlic -6-7 Green chilli 6-7 Fry the masala for 2-3 minutes until the masala is soft on medium to high flame. Masala to be added in gravy Cardamom powder 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg powder 1/4 Tsp Curd ½ Cup (Lower the flame while adding curd. Stir continuously) Salt – to taste Lemon juice – to finish Kofta Garam masala Coriander seeds 1 -1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds 1 Tsp Cloves 6-7 Cinnamon 2 Sticks White pepper 2 Tsp
