Ingredient details as below - FOR PAKODA 2 Cups- Urad dal (Wash and Soak for 5 hours, Grind the dal into a smooth, thick batter using minimal water) Ice cubes 1/2 Tsp Ajwain 1 Tsp Cumin seeds Salt as per taste 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda 2 Tsp Crushed green chillies Oil for Frying Beat the batter thoroughly and incorporate ice cubes, whisking for approximately 8–10 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes to ensure soft and moist vadas. Fry on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crisp.
