Mota Kababi is my go to place for specific dishes, especially from Awadh and Bihar. Some dishes are not available in Hyderabad. They make the best Galouti Kabab in town. Also they do damn good Champaran Mutton (with garlic), a Bihar village style Chicken fry from Mithilanchal and Bihari Kabab ( that is used in Nizams in Kolkata to make kathi rolls) They also have Awadhi Biryani on pre-order...and how can I forget the Litti Chokha.
