A celebration of timeless flavours, community, and culture was on at Vivanta Hyderabad with Chef Daisy Chenoy showcasing the dishes from Parsi homes and festivals in “Jamwa Chalo” From Dhansak, Farcha, Salli Murgh to Mawa Cake and Lagan Nu Custard, the promotion had all the dishes that one craves for. Patrani Machhi enthralled us, with a paneer version in boot for the vegetarians.
