An interesting popup that I experienced at Zega Hyderabad, where Fireback from Goa curated a set menu showcasing their Thai delicacies. Some of the highlights were Miang Kham (Pomelo, Roasted peanuts and coconut on a betel leaf), Pineapple Som Tam (a very different take on the salad), some delightful Tom Kha Soup, Pumpkin and Sweet Potato, Pork Belly wrapped in charred cabbage and Lamb Massaman Curry. The food was exceptional; a term I reserve only for the best. It is great that Fireback is planning to open its outlet in Hyderabad in the next few months.
