Chef Harshini from Ooty is back in Hyderabad, this time at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel presenting dishes from that region.The fest is as part of lunch and dinner buffet. The star of the night was the Kongu Mutton Biryani. The Tawa Fried Fish was another winner. Pachai Puli Rasam, Prawn Thokku and Karupatti Halwa were other dishes of note. The Kongunadu flavours are completely different.
