“Women shouldn’t have muscles.” Maybe that’s because people are still more comfortable seeing women weak than powerful. For years, women were praised for being fragile, skinny, silent and “small.” So the moment a woman starts looking strong, lifting weights, taking care of her health and becoming confident in her own body… people suddenly have opinions. But strength is not masculine. Strength is human. ✨ I didn’t train to fit beauty standards. I trained to feel healthier, stronger, more energetic and more capable in my everyday life. These muscles were built with discipline, self-respect and consistency. And no comment can take away the confidence that journey gave me. 💪❤️ Inspired by @kk.create to put this on my profile.
