What’s on your Eid table? Our Eid is all about Chatkara Biryani , a timeless tradition with chicken, potatoes, fried onions & rich masala — pure nostalgia in every bite. Ingredient details as below: ½ cup Oil 2 Tbsp Ghee 300 gm Onions sliced (Made Brista) 1300 gm Chicken (Biryani cut) 4-5 Medium size potatoes 2 Tsp Garlic paste 1-½ Tsp Ginger paste 2 Tbsp Green chilli paste (Less or more according to your taste) 1 cup Tomato Puree 2 Cup Curd mixed with ¼ Tsp red food colour 3 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder 2 Tsp Coriander powder 2 Tsp Chilli flakes 1 Chicken stock cube ¼ Tsp Cardamom powder ¼ Tsp Nutmeg powder 1 ½ tsp garam masala powder 2 Tsp Biryani masala powder 1 Tsp Coarsed coriander seeds Salt as required 6-7 Aloo Bukhara 2 Tsp Lemon juice Coriander – Mint leaves 4-5 jalapenos Biryani Rice 1 Kg Basmati rice soaked for ½ Hour – Cooked 75 % with salt and green chillies #EidSpecial #ChatkaraBiryani #RamadanToEid #EidFood #biryanilover
