
Mutton Nalli Nihari cooked in Traditional Style Ingredient details as below: Pure Nalli Nihari Masala – 2-1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 Tsp Tururmic powder ½ Tsp Coriander powder 2 Tsp Mustard Oil 1 cup Onions 3 medium size finely sliced Goat Bong and Nalli pieces – 1200 gm Ginger Garlic paste 2-1/2 Tsp Salt as required Water as required (I used 2-liter water, since this is going to reduce a lot) Wheat flour 2 Tbsp (Make smooth slurry) Cover and cook on lowest heat for 4 hours
