IMPORTANT: Slide 2👇 What Refund Is This This refund is called TCS Refund. When you buy a car worth ₹10 lakh or more, the dealer collects TCS (Tax Collected at Source) from you and deposits it with the Government. - 🚗 90% of car buyers don’t know this refund exists If you purchased a car worth ₹10 lakh or more, you probably paid TCS (Tax Collected at Source) on your invoice. But here’s the important part 👇 That money is not gone. It gets linked to your PAN and can be claimed while filing your Income Tax Return. Still, most people never get this refund because: • They don’t know TCS is refundable • They never check Form 26AS • Dealers usually don’t explain it • Many people skip filing ITR Example: A ₹15 lakh car can include ₹15,000 as TCS. That amount may come back as refund if eligible. Always check: ✔️ Form 26AS ✔️ TCS entry on invoice ✔️ PAN-linked bank account ✔️ ITR filing status Your refundable money could still be waiting with the Government.
