I fell in love with aerial fitness the first time I ever did it and after that there was no looking back. It became my life, my confidence, my personality. After two years of strenous and non stop aerial and pushing myself through juggling work and being a mother of two while maintaining my own self, I developed muscle injuries that forced me to take a break from aerial, working out and teaching all together. Past few months I convinced myself that I deserved this break but something inside me felt low. The pain from muscle injury was so real that I actually felt scared doing aerial again. Today after a while I pushed myself to go beyond and take a step further in my fitness journey. I was so nervous going back to class, all the while wondering weather il be able to lift myself at all. But I did it! And it felt the same wonderful as always. It made me so happy. Starting over again, slowly but surely❤️ (All from the heart, no CHATGPT 😛)
