I already knew this, but being in a situation like I am now—where everything is so different from what I’m used to—it’s easy to focus on the pain, the exhaustion, and everything negative. And you would be right, because that is exactly what you create for yourself. Or you can choose to create valuable lessons instead. Be grateful for every moment, even if you hate it at first. Don’t judge your emotions. * You have to pay attention to receive all the lessons. Some lessons are obvious, while others can only be seen if you are willing to look for them. Stay curious about lessons and growth. * Being able to learn something new every day is a blessing that not many people have. Appreciate it. * If you really want something, you have to be ready to work for it—especially here, where discipline, consistency, and repition matter.
