Pahadi Moli ki Chutney🥘 🥘 Recipe : 1. Heat 2 tablespoons mustard oil in a heavy pan. Add ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, and ¼ tsp hing. Let them splutter. 2. Add 6–7 garlic cloves chopped and 2 dry red chillies. Sauté until aromatic. 3. Add 1 medium onion, finely chopped, and cook until it turns deep golden brown. 4. Add 1½ cups red radish, finely chopped or grated, along with salt to taste. Cook uncovered on a medium-low flame for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until the radish softens completely and the pan looks dry. 5. Add ½–1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, and ¼ tsp black salt. Mix well. 6. Add 2 tsp grated jaggery and 1½ tsp tamarind pulp. Cook for another 4–5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the chutney turns sticky and glossy. 7. Switch off the heat. Let it cool slightly. If you prefer a chunky texture, pulse it once in a mixer (optional). . . . . radish recipe | mooli chutney | khatta meetha chutney recipe | radish recipes indian | mooli ki chutney | winter chutney recipe | easy indian chutney recipe | winter recipe | spicy chutney | moli recipes | red radish recipe | food content creators in delhi | paid collaborations | ugc content creator | ugc content | ugc creator for food | food ugc content creator cooking videos | food videos | food collaborations | recipe videos | PR | PR collaborations | cooking videos | cooking collaboartions | indian recipes #PoseandPlaces #trending #explorepage
